Happy New Year! 2

Wow! I can’t believe today is the last day of 2011.  Where did the time go?  You are probably wondering that as well but I can tell you that if you take a moment and make a list of all your accomplishments you will see that you have done a lot this year and you are going to be proud of yourself my friend.  We do more things than we think we do, we just don’t keep track or give ourselves enough credit.  So give yourself  a pat on the back and treat yourself because if you are not good to yourself, believe me nobody will be.

In this New Year take time to smell the roses, strive to fill your life with meaningful relationships, express your love to those around you daily,  and remember:  we can’t go back in time, we can only live in the present and look forward to the future so it’s important to savor the moments.  I wish you my friend a 2012 filled with peace, love, adventures, color and good food – because life is too short to eat bad food :-)

Nossa não da para acreditar que hoje e o ultimo dia de 2011, passou tão rápido, não é mesmo? Mas posso garantir que se você fizer um a lista de todas as coisas que você fez em 2011 vai ver que fez mais coisas do que pensa que fez.  E que a gente não escreve e acaba esquecendo das nossas realizações. Então amigos sinta orgulho do que você fez em 2011, se ame,  se cuide e se curta porque para ser amada(o) , e preciso se amar primeiro.

Espero que nesse ano de 2012 ache tempo para cheirar as rosas, preencha sua vida com pessoas positivas e sempre lembre de demonstrar o seu amor para as pessoas ao seu redor diariamente.  E lembre-se:  Não tem como voltar ao passado, nós só podemos viver o presente e fazer planos para o futuro então é importante aproveitar todos os momentos.  Eu desejo a todos voces um 2012 cheio de paz, amor, aventuras, muita cor, e comida gostosa – porque a vida é muita curta para comer mal :-)
